Angela's Ashes, 'Tis, and Teacher Man

I am addicted to these 3 books basically, and having the audio recordings as well can't help my course either.. I almost can't get out of his personal stories.. I am making a fool of myself by so doing, as well as trying to promote it to others, for he gets rich by bragging about his past while I am wasting both my time and money, as well as my memory.. but I am not alone.. His books have been read by 10 million people and I can imagine at least 10,000 are as impressed as me worldwide..

There are several reasons:

1. When younger, I had the same confusion like his in Angela's Ashes
2. I now have the same confusion like his in 'Tis
3. I am almost bound to have the same confusion like his in Teacher Man later in my life
4. These three books are my introduction to English literature
5. These three books are my introduction to funny and crazy and patriotic songs galore
6. These three books re-introduced me to the poems that I recited in primary school
7. I loved his accent, clear, charming.. and I may need to speak better English next year..
8. I simply like his "adventures" better than most novels, stirring my head to such a great extent

There are two things that I really don't like about him -- he is too casual about the sex thing.. but if he is not raping anyone, who am I to despise him? Indeed, how can't a single be envious? second, he likes to exaggerate when talking about different races including Chinese, but this thing I can tolerate, because Westerners are generally too proud to know anything besides their own cultures..

The interviews on Youtube show me clearly what specimen he is.. there're some people that aren't making good use of their fame, and I hate them the most.. but he is, he is voicing out his views on education, after being brainwashed in Ireland and barely able to survive in the American school system.. I admire him.. he had made enough money to "sit his fat arse" (not so fat I guess) at home doing nothing, but he knows better.. he knows what's the right thing to do with his fame..
