I went to watch the "pictures" tonight.. haven't finished.. just started indeed.. It is a film adaptation of Dicken's Great Expectations.. It's like a horror film.. so scary..
Not sure if the film is good, but it is really something to read.. Somehow, I want to save Dickens to the last, because I want to read his books without having to refer to a dictionary..
From what I heard, his characters always started in very bad situations and ended in a state of grace.. no wonder some like them while others aren't impressed..
I think I will read Christmas Carols this Christmas.. and see if Jin yong's comments on the book is correct.. I have forgotten most of the story, but what I can remember is, I do enjoy that story..
how come I suddenly want to hear more stories?? Grow up man..
