yes, I feel so good now!! hehehe I think "Laoban" is not a GREAT concern....just don't mind it if the "Laoban" is bad.....coz every laoban is like that lei.... it is difficult for a Laoban to be really kind and enthusiastic in teaching....and I think Dr. Leung is not too bad already.... hey, if you like Dr. Szeto's projects, how about asking him to be your supervisor?
yepp, LaoBan is not the most serious problem.. it is more the atmosphere.. I don't feel like I'm doing researches.. I'm just wasting time, so as to obtain a meaningless degree.. having a degree that I don't deserve makes me more foolish, but not smarter..
I'd rather use the time to get myself into any fields that I may have interests.. you know, employers are over-conscious about the time you obtain the first job.. the later the worse..
I don't really enjoy anyone's project, either I don't have the power to understand the heck they're doing, or their focuses are too narrow to merit the adjective "interesting".. Dr. Szeto's style is better, but frankly I don't want any parts of UST any more.. I'm tired of this University..
we live in a big big world le.. are you sure you want to continue?? to me, it's time to halt/stop..
